The whole of Akashic Ranch and its sister property, Serendipity, are 400 acres of rolling hills, meadow flowers, forests, rock outcroppings, ravines, lakes, ponds and wagon trails. Nearly no houses can be seen from much of the properties making them appear untouched. This area is free range cattle country which can be seen over some of the distant rolling hills. Property #1 Akashic Ranch™
The main property of Akashic Ranch™ is primarily a horse ranch. There is a board and batten ranch style house, barn, rustic fencing, furnished cabin (The Crystal Cabin), large covered riding arena, gazebo and a tipi, as well as very tidy outbuildings and sheds, housing birds of all sorts. Most of the bare land of the ranch is untouched with no livestock on it, featuring grassland, forest, and lakes. The front road belongs to the property of Akashic Ranch, as we reside on a private road location. There are two entrances to Akashic Ranch, one at the main house and one behind the riding area, a large flat section of field used for parking which can accommodate film crew and equipment. The land is pristine, no clutter, no mess, and very private and quiet with little to no traffic.
Property #2 Akashic Ranch™
The connecting property is a quarter section free and clear of any structures besides an old wooden cattle shoot. This property banks onto Campbell Lake and has 3 gates to access it. Together, both properties span 240 acres.
The structures at Akashic Ranch: There is a separate fenced yard where The Crystal Cabin is, along with a gazebo and tipi. There is a ranch style suite over the barn, we call The Swallow's Nest. Both are furnished with authentic old Canadiana furniture. The north end of the property has a deep ravine that drops into an old wagon trail while the south end of the property banks onto Campbell Lake.

Property #3 Serendipity
The second 160 acre property named Serendipity, has an 1800's restored cabin with wrap around veranda nestled in a meadow, rolling hills, lagoons and lake frontage on Curry Lake. There is a 3.5 km wagon trail to get to the property with no other housing in sight. This property also contains an old rebuilt and livable hippie school bus, authentic 1800's root cellar (which can double as a pub or another small cabin), and other various fallen down pioneer cabins, and the bones of a tipi. The property backs onto open Crown Land up the cliff face of Bestwick Mountain. This property is completely wild, no livestock, off grid and very private. It possesses great cell service and solar power to the cabin.
